In addition to the above, if you require 3CX support from us we will also assist in keeping your 3CX system up to date with the latest patches and software upgrades. We will also backup you 3CX configuration to our Data Centre once a week so that in the even to a major failure we can help bring your 3CX service back to life as quickly as possible. The ability to backup is also available at extra cost.
